For the city, the Dubai Metro Red Line is usually the best predictable option from Terminals 1 and 3 to central stops such as Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall, while taxis or ride-hailing are better late at night, with heavy luggage, or from Terminal 2. Airside connections are well signed, but separate tickets, baggage collection, or transfers involving Terminal 2 can add real friction, so check your operating carrier and terminal before departure.
