1. What FlyerKey is

FlyerKey (“the Platform”, “we”) is a hotel-truth and community platform: verified stay facts, benefit information, and member discussion. FlyerKey sells nothing and processes no payments — there is no checkout here. Links to book go to FlyerTrip or other partners, and the transaction happens entirely on their side.

2. Affiliate disclosure & ranking independence

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you book after clicking, FlyerKey may earn a commission from the booking platform. This never affects what we say or how we rank: commissions and prices are structurally excluded from truth content and ranking signals. Prices, when shown, are information only.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting you grant FlyerKey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, translate and excerpt your content on the Platform and in Platform marketing, with attribution to your username.

Post only what you have the right to share. First-hand stay reports must reflect your genuine experience; undisclosed promotion of a hotel you are affiliated with is prohibited.

4. Verification & trust levels

Claims on hotel pages carry trust levels (verified / likely / unknown / contradicted). “Verified” means confirmed through our verification process; it is our good-faith assessment, not a guarantee. Hotels change policies without notice — reconfirm critical benefits with the hotel before relying on them.

5. Community rules & moderation

No fabricated experiences, harassment, spam, doxxing, or unlawful content. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or adjust trust standing for violations. Paid placement in community feeds does not exist; sponsored content, if ever introduced, will be explicitly labeled.

6. Liability

Information on FlyerKey is provided in good faith but without warranty. Booking disputes are between you and the booking platform/hotel. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us — which is zero, as FlyerKey is free.

7. Changes, contact & governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are posted here with a new date. Contact: [email protected]. Governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR unless mandatory law in your residence provides otherwise.
