From the airport
Gazipaşa-Alanya Airport (GZP) is the closest airport, southeast of Alanya; taxi/private transfer or Havaş-style airport shuttle to Alanya otogar/centre usually takes about 35-60 minutes depending on hotel location. Antalya Airport (AYT) has more flights but is much farther west: allow about 2-2.5 hours by private transfer/taxi, or roughly 3-4 hours using airport transit to Antalya otogar plus an intercity coach to Alanya.
