Antalya Airport AYTLTAI

Antalya Airport (AYT) is best understood as Turkey’s big Mediterranean leisure gateway: heavy on international, seasonal and charter traffic, with domestic links feeding the resort region. It is not a classic alliance mega-hub like Istanbul, although Turkish Airlines/AJet and Pegasus are important, and SunExpress has a major Antalya base; Corendon, Freebird and other leisure carriers are also prominent. The airport sits roughly 13 km northeast of central Antalya. For frequent flyers, the main operational point is terminal discipline: there are two international terminals plus a domestic terminal, and airline/seasonal assignments can change, so check the operating terminal before arrival.
