At a high level, members earn Shangri-La Circle Points on eligible stays booked through qualifying Shangri-La channels, qualifying incidental charges and qualifying spend such as dining or spa purchases; for eligible hotel stays, members may choose either Shangri-La Circle Points or airline miles with a partner programme. The published tier ladder is Gold, Jade, Diamond and Polaris. Officially described headline benefits include mobile check-in/out and priority reservation waitlist at Gold; for Jade, benefits such as early check-in/late check-out, priority check-in/out, room upgrade within the same category, guaranteed room availability with advance booking, welcome amenity, daily breakfast and a stay partner sharing applicable breakfast; for Diamond, all Jade benefits plus stronger early/late check-out windows, Club Lounge or in-room check-in where available, guaranteed bed type, and Diamond-level welcome amenities. Polaris is described as the highest, invitation-only tier and may enjoy Diamond benefits plus additional benefits published by Shangri-La.
