A close team – Aurélie in the kitchen and Marie front of house – welcome you. They chose to set up their restaurant in this small medieval town on the banks of the Cher, nestled at the foot of the ruins of Montrichard Fortress. In a space with a modern bistro aesthetic, albeit with a rustic touch, they serve up a menu that showcases seasonal and, above all, local produce – mushrooms from the immediate vicinity, Roi Rose de Touraine pork – prepared with generosity and flair. Attentive and dynamic service is the icing on the cake.
