A seriously cool concept! The bright and airy architecture of the space, with its floor-to-ceiling glass façade and an open kitchen as its centrepiece, is a draw in itself. Diners are seated at the long counter and watch the chefs in action. The twist: Everything is cooked over an open flame or steamed. The dishes, which are regional and take their cue from the seasons, bear creative names such as "Pearls before Swine", "Kissed by Fire" or "Chef Poisonnier". The pyrography art decorating the menu is a lovely detail. From 5-7pm, you can order à la carte or opt for the set menu "Let it Flow"; fr
