From the airport

Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is the main airport, at Bilinga/Coolangatta. By public transport, take Translink bus 777 to Broadbeach South (about 30-35 min), then G:link tram to Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise, Main Beach or Southport (about 5-30 min more). Taxi/rideshare to Surfers Paradise is usually about 30-45 min. From Brisbane Airport (BNE), take the Airport/Gold Coast train to Helensvale, then G:link south; allow about 2-2.5 hr to Surfers/Broadbeach. Road transfers from BNE are usually about 75-100 min, traffic-dependent.
