Hilton Honors is Hilton’s hotel loyalty program, operated by Hilton Honors Worldwide, LLC, for participating hotels in the Hilton portfolio and partner accommodations. Members earn Hilton Honors Points on qualifying stays and eligible spend, then use points for rewards such as hotel stays and other Hilton Honors options. The current official tier ladder is Member, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Diamond Reserve. Benefits build by tier: Member benefits include the Hilton Honors discount rate, points toward rewards, no resort fees on reward stays paid fully with points, digital check-in, digital check-out, room selection, Digital Key, free Wi-Fi and late check-out when available. Silver adds a points-earning bonus, bottled water at select hotels, fifth night free on eligible reward stays and an all-inclusive spa discount. Gold adds a larger points bonus, space-available upgrades, daily food-and-beverage credit or continental breakfast depending on brand and region, and milestone bonuses. Diamond adds a higher points bonus, upgrades up to a one-bedroom suite when available, executive lounge access, premium Wi-Fi, a 48-hour room guarantee and elite status gifting. Diamond Reserve adds the highest listed points bonus, guaranteed 4pm late check-out, confirmable upgrade rewards, exclusive customer service and Premium Club access.
