This is the fine dining iteration of the Kupferdachl culinary concept. With only limited capacity, the upscale interior is elegant and features clean lines, dark walls and warm gold-toned lighting, adding to the intimate atmosphere. A single set menu is served, available in a shorter or longer format. Expect modern cuisine showcasing seasonal and regional ingredients in dishes such as Bohemian Forest pike-perch with kohlrabi, navette and caviar, or dry-aged duck with parsley, chimichurri and quince.
