Also located in the Hotel Alpin, the same high cooking standards apply – the food is clearly structured, very carefully prepared and fresh as can be. Shining examples include trout carpaccio, radish, caviar, pumpkin, crab crunch, or lamb liver, apple, potato cream, peas, bacon. The space is bright, the atmosphere friendly, the service attentive and proficient. The excellent wine list has over 250 labels, with Austria particularly well represented.
