Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport MSYKMSY

Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) is the main commercial airport for metro New Orleans and southeast Louisiana, but it is not a major alliance hub. It functions mostly as an origin-and-destination and regional gateway, with Southwest a large presence and Delta, American, United, Spirit, Breeze, JetBlue, Alaska, Air Canada and British Airways among the regular carriers. International flying is meaningful but selective rather than hub-like, including routes such as London Heathrow, Toronto and leisure-oriented Mexico/Caribbean service depending on season and airline schedules. The current airport is a single north-side terminal with a consolidated security checkpoint, so connections are simpler than at multi-terminal airports, and the post-security area gives access to Concourses A, B and C.
