Visa-freestay 30 days

Mainland Chinese ordinary passport holders may enter visa-free for 30 days.

Passport normally must be valid for at least 6 months on arrival. Suriname's official eVisa/entry-fee site also operates eVisa and entry-fee channels; if the trip is not short tourism/family travel, confirm before travel whether an appropriate eVisa is required.

Common questions

Does a Chinese passport holder with a valid U.S. visa get a Suriname waiver because of the U.S. visa?

I did not find an official Suriname rule giving an additional waiver for holding a valid U.S. visa. Mainland Chinese ordinary passport holders already have a 30-day visa-free arrangement for Suriname; the U.S. visa does not change that outcome.

Does a U.S. passport holder need a visa for a short tourist visit to Suriname?

Generally no visa is required for up to 90 days, but unless an entry-fee exemption applies, tourism/family visitors must pay the entry fee online before arrival.

Can an APEC Business Travel Card be used as a visa waiver for Suriname?

I did not find an APEC Business Travel Card waiver that changes Suriname entry. The ABTC scheme applies to APEC member economies, and Suriname is not listed as an APEC member economy.
