Common questions
No under the substitute-visa waiver. GOV.UK says British citizens must have a visa to visit Honduras, and the Honduras substitute-visa source lists the United Kingdom as an excluded nationality.
I did not find reliable support for visa-free Honduran entry on a bare HKSAR passport. The Hong Kong Immigration Department list does not include Honduras, and the Honduras visa-exempt list source does not list Hong Kong; treat this as visa-required and confirm with a Honduran consulate.
No visa is required for tourism stays up to 90 days. The U.S. Department of State says the passport needs at least six months validity and evidence of onward travel.
