- The name sort of gives it away if you have any German: This attractive modern brasserie is housed in a former sugar factory, now a listed building. Exposed red brick walls and high ceilings give the setting an appealing industrial feel. In summer, the terrace is shaded by awnings. Flavoursome seasonally inspired dishes are served à la carte, with an additional set menu available. The waitstaff are pleasantly down-to-earth, very friendly and well organised.
