- This friendly restaurant done out in a modern style is to be found in a small boutique hotel. Depending on your table, you may be able to see into the open kitchen. The menu is built on classic foundations, with a new spin on classic dishes, eg "Winter edition bouillabaisse – Alpine prawns & premium local fish, Jerusalem artichoke, winter vegetables & sourdough toast" or "Confit char – cauliflower, potatoes, chives, beurre blanc & herring caviar".
