- In a magnificent location just a stone's throw from Lake Constance, the Seehotel am Kaiserstrand has plenty to offer, and the restaurant is definitely a huge draw. Upscale and modern, it also boasts a gorgeous terrace overlooking the lake. Choose from a nicely devised à la carte menu of mouthwatering dishes such as "goat's cheese crème brûlée, beetroot, walnut, pumpernickel, pine honey" or "braised wild hare leg with Brussels sprouts and sweet-potato pavé".
