Dried flowers on the walls impart a ‘back to nature’ feel that’s a perfect match for the menu, whose heart is firmly settled in Porvoo. Local, seasonal local ingredients feature in immaculately presented dishes which are detailed, complex and composed of subtle, beautifully judged flavours.
