- Having worked at Lilly in Neupotz, Stefan Echle (service) and Matthis Nowak (kitchen) have found their new vocation – in the vaulted cellar of the separately run Villa Königsgarten hotel (formerly Weingut Diehl). A few steps lead down from the courtyard to the restaurant. As you make your way to the dining area, you can take a peek into the glass-paned kitchen, while the modern, seasonal set menu, which offers a choice of options for each course, is being prepared.
