Description

Since setting up shop in these new premises, brothers Giang Ta (maitre d') and Khanh Ta (chef) have been hosting diners in a trendy urban counter-restaurant. The chefs can be seen at work from the large U-shaped bar around the kitchen. A lively yet stylish atmosphere reigns, underscored by modern music. There is a seasonal five-course menu based on Vietnamese flavours and family recipes, influenced by the chef’s Vietnamese heritage and his life in the Czech Republic. The duck meat is dry-aged on site – you will notice it in the fridge behind the bar.
