As you enjoy the eight-course set dinner menu you can watch the kitchen team work with impressively choreographed and quiet efficiency. Prime ingredients form the basis of that menu; it could include succulent 14-day aged Barbary duck, abalone with black rice and a delicious liver sauce, or juicy lobster with crab salad.
