- Cooking with his mother-in-law inspired Chef Bissonnette's traditional Korean restaurant in Downtown Crossing just steps from Boston Common. Somaek is a cocktail combining soju and beer, and you'll find it on the beverage list alongside a number of other Korean-inspired cocktails (think ginseng tonic or the Jeju-do with vodka, citrus and coconut orgeat).
