- The Sonnenalp Resort, which has been run by the Fäßler family since 1919, is definitely worth a visit for anyone interested in fine dining. Silberdistel's kitchen team uses select seasonal ingredients. The "Weitblick" menu with up to seven courses is offered. Tip: Before, with or between the courses you can order caviar from Walter Grüll from Salzburg. On Fridays and Sundays there are classics. Here on the fourth floor, you are afforded wonderful views, so be sure to ask for a window seat.
