- Ocean is a fitting name for this restaurant perched above St Ouen’s Bay. Its crisply laid, bright white dining room and shuttered windows certainly give it a nautical feel, backed up by stunning views across the grounds to the rolling waves. Island produce leads the way, with the likes of black butter, local fish and top-notch oysters featuring in dishes such as Jersey butter poached cod with sweetcorn and smoked eel.
