- Simplicity, hospitality and informality are the keywords to describe this restaurant in the verdant Val di Non, which has been run by the Di Nuzzo family for more than 50 years. Guests come to Nerina time and time again to enjoy excellent Trentino produce, such as the casolèt cheese, Valsugana maize and mortandela salami, as well as its authentic house specialities, often made with ingredients from the restaurant’s own vegetable garden and occasionally with influences from elsewhere in Italy.
