- Beer and fire are at the heart of this establishment, whose name translates as "Malt & Wood". Next to the Beerze family brewery, which is steeped in history, there is an American-style bar with a stone pizza oven at the front. The back of the restaurant has a raw industrial feel. The chefs like to work with the Josper charcoal oven, parrilla grill and Oklahoma smoker to infuse their dishes with smoky flavours.
