- Here at the corner of rue Marquette and rue Gilford, on the Plateau-Mont-Royal, a quartet of co-owners, including chefs Danny Smiles and Mitch Laughren, cook up a storm. The feast is served in an elegant space decorated with premium materials and bathed in natural light.
