The culinary repertoire of the "Land of the Cedars" is made with excellent fresh, sun-ripened produce – as in the tabbouleh (parsley, juicy tomatoes, red onion and lemon juice) – and impeccable technical skill, as exemplified by the wonderfully creamy baba ganoush with its delicious smoky aubergine flavour.
