- L'OIGNON is a French-inspired pescatarian restaurant serving dishes made with vegetables, fish, eggs, and dairy. Guided by a commitment to ecological balance and respect for animals, the chef opened the restaurant to share the kind of thoughtful, nourishing food he values.
