- This family-run inn in Pielach Valley (Dirndltal) serves flavoursome, highly seasonal cuisine that remains rooted in local tradition. Highlights include game offal ragout with Topfenknödel (curd dumplings), dried venison with cornelian cherry and sheep's yoghurt.
