- Slip away from the hubbub of Rue de Flandre and venture into the almost theatrical venue of Jayu. This snug eatery, reminiscent of a speakeasy bar, features 12 stools around a counter (and one table). Three bells ring as the curtain rises at the start of a performance in twelve acts that lasts two hours. Sang Hoon Degeimbre and his skilled team favour a natural culinary style steeped in nods to Korea with an accent on fruit and veg, spices, umami and fermented flavours.
