- There is no ocean in sight from this busy corner of East Hollywood, and yet, this no-frills bar trades in impeccably sourced and prepared seafood. Opened in 2019, the cozy restaurant is minimally decorated and has kept a full house since the very beginning. From sea urchin to razor clams to freshly harvested scallops from Maine, this team knows that such treasures need little more than a drizzle of olive oil or squeeze of lemon to sing. Lobster rolls, tostadas, trout dip — the temptations are endless, down to the oysters sourced from the general manager’s family oyster farm.
