Description
This is the other restaurant of chef Lilian Douchet, in which a laid-back atmosphere reigns in a veranda-style space with the feel of a small brasserie. He serves several set menus, including a good-value lunch deal. Diners savour dishes such as seared boudin noir with pineapple chutney and an airy potato foam with beurre noisette; einkorn risotto, celeriac, hazelnuts and Beaufort emulsion; and, for dessert, flambéed banana sorbet with spiced financier sponge and cinnamon mousse. A welcome addition to this residential neighbourhood.
