It all began with the Cabbanna rotisserie, opened by grandfather Carmelo in 1971 and still going strong today, on his return from a time spent living in Venezuela. Fifty years later, his grandchildren are running a restaurant right opposite, in the central area of lower Modica, in a charming establishment with tasteful, welcoming interiors and several outdoor tables used in the summer.
