- Description
- This small restaurant in a side street in the old town has a charming, down-to-earth and almost intimate atmosphere. It also serves really good food, cooked up by chef-owner Jan Schmidlin from almost exclusively regional produce. Shining examples of his delicious modern seasonal fare that are not to be missed include the excellent local trout fillet served with wild broccoli, nuts, dill and beurre blanc. Alongside the four-course set menu, there is an à la carte selection of dishes, plus a good range of regional wines, which are also available by the glass. Extremely pleasant, cordial hospital
