Description

Chef Guy Lassausaie masterminded the stylish top to toe refurbishment of this restaurant in a former Jesuit seminary (1853). You enter through a bar which boasts a jaw-dropping panoramic terrace, before heading downstairs into the restaurant, passing by the building’s Gallo-Roman foundations on the way! A swish, historic interior (crystal lighting, parquet floors and a view of the kitchen) sets the scene for colourful seasonal food, such as brook trout, fennel and seasonal mushrooms…
