- Mount Kisco locals pack this impossibly delicious Georgian "kitchen" as well as the new culinary dialect that accompanies it. This is a simple, welcoming dining room with a trestle-like ceiling, soft Edison light bulbs and dark wood bar. There are a few must-orders, including the khachapuri, a boat-shaped bread loaded with melted cheese and a raw egg yolk in the center that's mixed together for a sinfully good treat. Another go-to includes the ground lamb kebabs wrapped in lavash sided by house-made French fries.
