RinghotelsCard is the former name used for Ringhotels’ current HeimatGenuss Card loyalty program, which is run by Ringhotels e.V. for the Ringhotels hotel cooperation. Members collect “rings” on eligible spend connected with a stay at a Ringhotel when they provide their card number and settle the bill at the hotel. Rings can be redeemed for hotel rewards, non-cash rewards, selected arrangements, or donated through the program. The published ladder is the base HeimatGenuss Card/RinghotelsCard, Silver, and Gold; official materials describe Silver and Gold as adding benefits such as birthday rings, bonus rings, and free mailed account statements, with Gold reached only after Silver.
