NeuPass is presented by IHCL as one of its membership programs, and Taj Hotels publishes the hotel-specific program as “Taj InnerCircle - NeuPass.” Official participation terms list hotel brands including Taj, Claridges Collection, Brij, SeleQtions, Gateway, Vivanta, Ginger Hotels, Tree of Life and amã Stays & Trails, with exclusions noted by property. At a high level, members earn NeuCoins on eligible spending and can earn or redeem across stays, dining, spas, salons and related hotel experiences where the program applies. The hotel tier ladder runs from Member to Copper, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Officially described elite benefits include member rates, early check-in and late check-out, room upgrades, savings on food and beverage and spa treatments, lounge access, priority check-in, loyalty-manager support, welcome amenities, selected event invitations and the ability to gift NeuCoins as Taj Experience Gift Cards, subject to the published terms and availability rules.
