Jumeirah One is the loyalty programme associated with Jumeirah-branded hotels and selected related Jumeirah-managed accommodation. At a high level, members earn Jumeirah One points on eligible spend such as qualifying room charges, Jumeirah-managed food and beverage outlets, selected spas, Jumeirah gift vouchers, selected Jumeirah-owned retail, Wild Wadi Waterpark entrance fees and selected partners. Points may be used for hotel stays, rewards such as dining, spa, retail, beach access and other services at participating properties, payment at checkout or selected restaurants, transfers to selected airline partners, and merchandise through the programme rewards store. Publicly available programme materials describe a tier ladder of Member, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Headline elite benefits described in those materials include escalating bonus points, late checkout, welcome amenities, breakfast, dining savings or priority reservations, airport transfers at higher tiers, room availability or room-selection privileges, early or in-room check-in, and room upgrades at the top tier.
