Guest scores & sentiment

From 111 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-19

Guests praise the central location near the Kremlin, free parking, and friendly staff. Breakfast is often well-received. However, frequent complaints cite poor soundproofing, worn-out facilities, small bathrooms, and inconsistent cleanliness. Some rooms suffer from noise, odors, and maintenance issues, making it suitable mainly for budget-conscious travelers prioritizing location over comfort.
