Guests highly praise hosts Craig and Julie for exceptional hospitality and high-standard room renovations. Facilities are ample, beds comfortable, and breakfast delicious with popular homemade marmalade. Location is quiet yet convenient with free parking. Minor issues include room heat or sofa bed comfort, but overall satisfaction is very high.

This south facing room has a private bathroom that contains a full size bath with shower. It is a fantastic large superior room, but can be arranged as a family room. or twin room. It features a modern open plan wardrobe, bedside units, 32 inch flat-screen TV with Free view. A modern sofa seating area that doubles as a sofa bed when used as a family room. Tea/coffee making facilities. WiFi is free of charge to all our guests.

This Superior room is always popular to all guests, consisting of a fantastic Dormer King sleigh bed with a luxury TheraPur mattress and Egyptian cotton linen. The private bathroom is large and modern equipped with Egyptian towels and ‘Out of Eden’ toiletries. The room also features bedside units with ornate period style lamps, a seating area with desk and dressing table, a 32-inch flat-screen TV with Free view and beverage making facilities. There’s also a view of the greatest Blackpool attraction, ‘The Tower’, and even a side view of the sea. WiFi is free of charge.

An elegant feature wall frames the custom bespoke Aubergine bed head.
