Guest scores & sentiment
From 75 guest reviews · multi-source · as of 2026-07-23
Guests consistently praise the exceptional staff service, complimentary upgrades, executive lounge access, and prime secure location. The breakfast and room cleanliness are generally well-received. However, recurring complaints highlight the poorly maintained and small swimming pool, along with occasional room maintenance issues such as faulty air conditioning, low shower pressure, and insufficient power outlets. WiFi connectivity also draws some criticism.
