The first Unlisted Collection property in Australia, The Old Clare Hotel in Chippendale, Sydney, is a stylish reimagining of heritage buildings. The hotel is an adaptive conversion of the iconic Clare Hotel and former Carlton & United Breweries administration building, offering 62 rooms across a diverse range of styles. Savvy travelers can expect exceptional hospitality and personalized service in an unpretentious setting—complete with a rooftop pool, meeting room, gym, day spa, and a plethora of dining experiences. The Clare Bar at the hotel reception playfully reinterprets its history as the 'pub' area of the Clare Hotel, creating a warm welcome for all guests.
