One floor below the Reitbauer family's fine dining restaurant, you’ll find another upmarket eatery. In addition to around 150 wonderfully matured cheeses, it boasts delicious classics, such as Wiener schnitzel made with suckling calf and, of course, Kaiserschmarrn (shredded pancake).
