The hotel is located at the heart of Las Terrenas and only 50 metres from a wonderful white sandy beach. You can go out to eat at one of several restaurants / dining rooms that are around, and of course, important to conduct business effectively, being within walking distance of everything you might need. Built on a site which was formerly the location of a Tainos village, the 'Paseo de la Costanera' is largely inspired by the constructions of this vanished indigenous group. The two-storey buildings are constructed around a patio with a fountain at its centre. With generous use of acacia wood, palm leaf roofs and pleasant gardens, the residence merges perfectly with the landscape. The hotel offers studio-type or duplex apartments with air conditioning or a fan. The studio apartments feature one double bed, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a terrace. The duplex apartments offer living space on 2 levels with 2 twin beds and one double bed, a bathroom, kitchen and terrace. All apartments come fully equipped.
