一到酒店就说已经自动升级到了grand suite
在club里面，没去体验
服务五五开，送东西送对得很快。做房卡的时候非常热情地介绍了club，也说凭房卡球客随便进，但是又没给房卡做access，也问了有没有停车，说了self parking，告诉我们只用刷房卡就可以进出，但是第二天和第三天又发现没给房卡做停车场的access。第一晚发现有两瓶body wash没shampoo，打电话倒是很快送了上来。最坑爹的地方来了，每晚好像酒店都要重启热水器之类的，需要开着水龙头，我们每晚都等了半个小时左右才出热水。
