The handsome herrnschlösschen hotel, located in the Old Town, is home to a delightful little restaurant whose stylish modern interior design seamlessly incorporates the building's historical architectural features – note the huge wooden beam dating back to 1526! Following the seasons, the five-course set menu features dishes such as "Norwegian skrei, celeriac, pak choi, sesame" or "Franconian lamb, Jerusalem artichoke, morels, Martini". The charming waitstaff will recommend the perfect wine accompaniment. Fabulous terrace in the baroque garden!

Lars Zwick has been running this cosy, rustic-style inn in the charming Tauber Valley for many years. The cuisine is regional and seasonal, and the excellent produce is sourced locally as far as possible. Freshly prepared sausages (made in-house) are served on Thursdays and Fridays. Some of the wines – to pair with delicious dishes such as rack of lamb in a herb crust – come from the restaurant's own vineyard. They also produce their own fruit brandies and keep bees.
