Brüggemann, who began his culinary career here as an apprentice, prepares fresh, flavoursome cuisine rooted in regional traditions and seasonal produce. The menu features items such as shrimp soup, North Sea plaice fillets or a duo of venison. Lunch options are a little more limited.
