An interesting modern dining concept. It all kicks off at 7pm when the guests for the evening arrive. At 7.15pm, service begins. There is a single seven-course set menu (with additional amuse-bouche and final course) showcasing a global palate with strong Asian influences and delivering bold, distinct flavours. Plenty of umami and studied technique are the hallmarks of chef Luis Hendricks's cooking – these underpin the entire menu. "Welcome to the living room restaurant" are the words that greet you when you first look at your menu, and that pretty much sums up the pleasantly relaxed atmosphere in this establishment, whose upscale interior is modern and stylish with light wood furnishings. Service of the set menu begins at 7.15pm for all guests and the courses are served in sync.
